Initiative Canvas

The initiative canvas is a one-pager that draws a rough picture of your initiative. It is an effective way for testing your idea by getting an early understanding of whether or not your initiative is worth pursuing. 

Use this either on its own, or in conjunction with others when you're undergoing a Strategic Planning or Prioritization activity where it's especially useful helping with visibility, transparency and alignment.
