About the course
The A-CSM is a 2-day live training for Scrum Masters who already hold a CSM and have spent real time in the role.
You and your cohort move past Scrum mechanics into coaching: facilitating harder conversations, building team accountability, and helping Product Owners do their job better. The class runs as a simulation, applying advanced coaching techniques to live scenarios instead of theory.
AI is used throughout for coaching prep: spotting team patterns and structuring difficult feedback before you deliver it.

• Recent hands-on Scrum Master experience
