This SAFe training prepares you for SAFe Agilist certification through a comprehensive look at the Scaled Agile Framework, the world's most widely adopted framework for scaling Lean and Agile across an enterprise.
You'll work through core SAFe principles, Agile Release Trains, and Program Increment (PI) Planning, the event where dozens of teams align around a shared roadmap in real time.
This course includes guidance on using AI as an accelerant for SAFe-driven planning, reflecting the framework's current direction.
