The Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) course
Have you ever seen yawns while you’re running a meeting? Are the same people always contributing and answering questions? Is it hard to keep on topic?
Facilitators are often faced with challenges of getting the most out of their teams while keeping their groups engaged and focused.
The Agile Team Facilitation offering, will provide beneficial techniques that help you get to the most from your meetings. This course is the perfect starting point to becoming a better leader and group facilitator. It is beneficial for anyone who is looking to improve their meetings, agile or not. In an agile team this can include Scrum Masters, Product Owners or Managers, Coaches or Business Analysts.
What is ICAgile?
Much like the Scrum Alliance, ICAgile is a global accreditation body for agile training and courses. They allow carefully selected industry professionals to administer training on their behalf.
ICAgile is well-known for their training offerings outside of the traditional agile streams related to software development. They are applying similar principles that relate to areas like finance, marketing and HR.
Their Agile Delivery offering contains six learning tracks including the Agile Coaching Track.
The Agile Coaching Track
Whether you are an experienced coach looking to get your team to a high-performing state or working with new agile teams, this path can help you get to your desired outcome. The Agile Coaching Track is separated into three courses and the Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) is the first step on the path to obtaining the ICAgile Certified Expert In Agile Coaching (ICE-AC).
