Dave Sharrock is the visionary behind the consulting company, IncrementOne. For over 20 years, Dave has guided organizational change, process improvement, and product delivery through the use of Lean and Agile methods.  

From Fortune 100 companies to start-ups, he has led numerous agile and digital transformations across industries in both the public and private sector throughout North America and Europe. They include firms from financial services, gaming, manufacturing, municipalities, crown corporations and education.

Dave has been working closely with the Scrum Alliance since 2010, becoming a Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) in 2011 and a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) in 2013. Dave’s passion is helping others appreciate what Agile and Scrum can do for an organization’s delivery capability.

With a PhD and an MBA, it is clear that Dave believes in lifelong learning. He also brings a unique perspective to enterprise agility from many years of working at the cutting edge of agile adoption in many different fields.
