Hetal is an experienced Consultant with a wide range of experience in several Agile and traditional IT project management roles. She has been a key contributor on Agile Transformation Teams, rolling out transformation roadmap, providing Agile 101 and JIRA training, and serving as an Agile Change Agent for organizations.

She takes a pragmatic approach when it comes to coaching teams and has guided IT and non-IT teams agile teams to effectively collaborate. Hetal has served as an Intermediate Project Manager on a program with 24+ delivery teams.

Additionally, she holds CSP-SM and A-CSPO certifications, a degree in Economics and Communication studies and a PMP. As a systems design thinker and advocate of data-driven results, she is able to help organizations visualize the path towards ideal state. Hetal has a passion for coaching and working with teams. She finds joy in simplifying complex concepts into palatable chunks to help teams better understand frameworks.
